Unfortunately experience today. We ordered the food and was missing a hamburger and asked for ranch for cheese sticks got marinara sauce. The girl said there was not a hamburger on the receipt okay fine. So we ordered the hamburger and asked for ranch. Got the hamburger but no ranch. We have had positives experiences there before just today was not happy. Girl definitely had no customer service.
They did not get our order right and the chili dogs came out with a very small amount of chili. We had to ask for more chili to be put on it. The chicken had honey bbq on it and the sauce was great however the chicken was dehydrated and hard. It’s a shame to pay good money for food that is less than quality.

Stopped to get a bite this evening there was only 2 people working inside and running around like chickens with their heads cut off. They need to hire more people. I wasn’t even upset that they forgot our condiments or even almost forgot our drinks. Those two workers deserve a raise. Come on sonic hire more people.
