Unfortunately, the service here is pretty inconsistent. It usually takes 30 minutes or more just to get drinks, even when the place isn’t busy. The service is also hit or miss—sometimes the staff is friendly and attentive, and other times not so much.

came through to redeem my birthday coupon. ezme was so nice and the lady at the window (not sure of her name) was so kind as well. this is what they handed me when they handed me my drink! i have never had a restaurant or coffee shop go above and beyond for me like this. thank you for making me feel special
