This review is for the location inside of kings soopers. The man who took my order was rude from the beginning. I greeted him and he did not acknowledge me and just stared at me. I ordered two drinks and he told me the total I added that I wanted a chocolate croissant and he yelled at me that the screen would tell me when to tap after I said it was card. I really don't like leaving less than stellar reviews, as I'm not one to complain I'm really not.. but this location has messed up my order too many times and I mean, you know, it's really expensive coffee. Especially when you get customizations like I do. And it just keeps getting messed up.

Was not having a great day, ordered 4 drinks for my kids and I, my daughter promptly spilled all of them getting in the car. The manager and team were so kind, they offered to help with the mess and remade my drinks free of charge immediately to get me on my way. I could not be more thankful. That was a lot of money and of course it was on the way to school so I didn’t have much time.
