“This location is always tasty and the management went out of his way to personally deliver my food this evening because I accidentally ordered it for pickup! He went above and beyond!“

“Many of the tables were dirty but the place was highly decorated for Halloween. If we hadn't had three hungry children with us, we wouldn't have stayed to eat. A few decorations for any holiday is appropriate, but it was impossible to even enjoy the meal due to all the decorations in every area of the store. Not every one observes that holiday and it was a deterrent for me to even consider returning to that location. If the staff spent as much time cleaning the front of the house as they did decorating I would have given another star for atmosphere. The food was good but a bit overpriced. It was more bread than ingredients. The staff was helpful and attentive to our order, but needed to pay more attention to cleaning.“

“There's a taller gentleman with black hair there that is a major asset! Worked lots of retail over the years and that dude knows customer service. Kind and courteous and delicious sandwiches too! Definitely an easy place to visit if you get anxiety ordering too.“

“Just had a Sandwich here and honestly it was one of the best i’ve had from subway. i’ll be honest and say before at subway my sandwiches have been made poorley and not that fresh tasting which made me not coke to subway but today Franky Ramirez helped me out and made my sandwich. he’s def one of the best because my sandwich was perfect i got the #6 and he prepared it nicely quickly and it tasted fresh! def gonna be coming back soon!“

I regularly hit sub shops around my area but this was one of the best subs I've had in a while.
Food was perfectly cooked service was beyond excellent. I'll definitely be coming here again possibly later today with company.
I wish there was a location in my town (80305) becuase I have to drive 30 mins to get here.“

“Customer service has really gone down hill at fast food places in general since the pandemic.The manager here stays on top of situations that may arise. She was aware of what I was calling about and knew my name so I didn't even need need introduce myself.. I almost did a double take when she listened and responded appropriately.She turned a bad experience into a positive.“
