John and Abby are the kindest people you will ever meet, and their whole family is just lovely. the gluten free subs are safe for me here and consistently excellent. the customers really become friends of the family here, and that's not something you always get in Boulder. “Organic Sandwich Company has become my go-to spot for a quick lunch on Pearl Street. Even when they’re busy, they’re always impressively fast, which I really appreciate.
Their menu has something for everyone with both grilled and cold sandwiches, plus delicious house-made soups and breakfast toasts. My personal favorites are the Turkey bacon ham, the Ham & cheese with pickles, and the Apple Prosciutto sandwich—they’re all excellent.
One of my favorite budget-friendly options is pairing a half sandwich with a cup of soup. It’s a great lunch without spending a ton.
Just a heads-up: they do close fairly early (around 6 p.m.), so I definitely think of it as more of a breakfast or lunch spot than a dinner destination.
If you’re looking for a fresh, reliable sandwich shop in Boulder, this place is an easy 5 stars.“

“Wonderful experience here, I had great customer service and the food was amazing. I specifically got help from a worker named Carlisle who helped me work through some allergy problems! He made sure that since I wasn’t able to eat some of the bread, I had a substitute that was just as good. He was kind and patient during the whole thing even when I changed my mind 6 different times.“

Hayden understood the situation and rather than just let me flounder in helpless angst, Hayden offered to walk me through the menu options and find a much needed meal that fit my budget.
Just exemplary above and beyond customer service. Felt like a trip back to the golden days before all this digital menu insanity.“

“1 PM on Friday. I came in, I ordered my sandwich. I didn’t have to wait but a moment. Lorena was there like usual and made a great sandwich. For the past several years, the staff here has been very consistent. They are fast and efficient and very nice too. I highly recommend this subway over other subways.
I spent $14.25 and I received a 6 inch sub, a bag of chips, and a small drink and that also included a 20% tip.
Say hi to Lorena for me next time you’re there.
