Not too bad for Subway. You know what you are getting when you enter their restaurant. The service is good, never had any issues with the employees. They are very polite. I asked if the new tipping option on the card reader actually gets to the employees and it does.
I wish the staff was more friendly, I’ve been here a couple times and have had a couple different people. I wish it was more inviting instead of feeling like a burden for coming in. They also tried to charge me extra for something that already comes with the sandwich.
