I placed a big order and after waiting over an hour for my pizza I received it very late and I also received the completely wrong order not what I paid for at all. Called the store 7 times couldn’t reach anyone I will be stopping by in person to get this issue resolved. I ordered 2 cheese pizzas and both were so over cooked I couldn't chew it. I tried putting my own sauce to make it easier to swallow but decided to call and have the pizzas replaced. I get there for my new pizzas (also over done) and probably won't order from this location again.

I moved away from the area a couple years ago but still visit the Pizza Hut when visiting. They were consistently good with very friendly staff before I moved and I see that continuing today. They were out of the pan crust I ordered so they replaced it with hand tossed. The manager made it a point to explain the problem and decided to comp the order. The pizza was still hot and delicious and I really appreciate the extra step to ensure satisfaction
