Best Chicharrons with guac
Carnitas Don Chuy are some of the best in town, I started going here for the chicharrones then for the carnitas with cueritos then for the ribs, can’t go wrong here get there early because they tend to sell out.
The taste was excellent.

Carnitas Don Chuy is one of the best kept secrets in Colorado, serving some of the best carnitas in town. The chicharrones are gold and crispy, and the chicharrones con carne comes with fresh warm tortillas and green and red salsa. The carnitas with cueritos are not greasy, just pure meat, nice and chopped, and the ribs are great too. Portions are great and the price point is incredibly cheap. Get there early because they tend to sell out.
