My husband and I had dinner last night and talk about fast service! Wow. It’s a cute small spot and friendly environment. Had a Mexican hamburger and Chile was good not hot at all. I’m sure if you ask they might have it hot! But good flavor. Margarita was good too!
Best Chile rellenos ever!!
I love that you went back to your original queso with all the chunks of peppers - i do not like the register right at the front door it is crowded and awkward

Mi Cocina is a great place with great food. Pick up breakfast or lunch specials to-go, with friendly waitstaff offering a free drink while waiting. The huevos rancheros are delicious and very reasonably priced. Breakfast burritos and lunch specials come with a drink, chips & salsa, and a Mexican coke. They have great green Chile, among the best in Colorado, with service far above average. The breakfast burritos will fill you up with great tasting chili, though some find the potatoes undercooked with a bit of crunch. Open 7am-4pm, the convenience and price cannot be beat.
