This was my 1st visit. The menu was simple, 4 burgers, fries, drinks, and 3 combo meals. It wasn't until after I had my food that I started seeing items on other peoples' trays, like fries covered with melted cheese, that I realized not all options are on the menu. I asked about this after I finished my meal and was advised that there's a "secret" menu that isn't listed because they only list what was on the menu when In & Out first started. Fast service, amazingly clean site and the healthiest burger on the planet.It is such a pleasure to be greeted by friendly, polite professional staff each time. What a difference.Highly recommend.

Drive thru moves fast. Appreciated that they asked if I wanted onions, which I didn't but forgot to ask. Also I had my dog with me and I ordered him a patty. And they put it through with no-salt which I didn't ask for but appreciated them doing for him. It's good and cheap and reminds me of childhood trips to California to go to Disneyland.
