Service was fine. The coffee ice cream barely had any flavor and my waffle cone was stale. Definitely not worth the almost $20 for two medium orders.
Great place for a sweet treat! The staff are always friendly and welcoming, making every visit enjoyable. The ice cream is creamy with plenty of flavors to choose from, and the cakes look amazing. Clean, quick service, and perfect for the whole family.
Aaliyah (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!!) was one of the kindest people I’ve met! She had fantastic customer service while she made ice cream and I know how challenging that can be! I really appreciate her!

Cold Stone Creamery is a decent spot for a sweet treat. The ice cream is just okay, as it tends to melt easily, making a drippy mess when served. Customer service can be hit-or-miss, with some staff members making jokes at the expense of customers and others providing top-notch service. The restaurant could benefit from a good cleaning, especially the bathroom. On the bright side, they offer a variety of cakes and ice cream tins, and some staff members genuinely care about their customers. The "Like It" size, however, tends to be underserved. Overall, it's a place that could improve with some attention to detail.
