“I placed a large order and the server brought it to my car and said “that’s it, have a nice night.” I started pulling out of the parking lot when I saw someone running, sprinting toward my car. It was the general manager, who caught up with me to make sure I knew my order hadn’t been completed, he’d recognized the error, and instead of letting me leave, he ran to rectify the situation. He provided the rest of the order and a bag overflowing with sauces, positive vibe, didn’t blame anybody and wished me the very best night. It’s fast food, but that level of customer service … i haven’t seen it in some time and deserves a beaming review. Training takes time, customer service is hard, but that location is working to get it right ✅.“
“I felt bad I didn’t get his name but the man working the drive thru today was extremely pleasant and kind and gave the best service I have had in a long time. He just went above and beyond and didn’t have to. I really appreciate that thank you!“
