When I went yesterday, I asked the young, blond women if the sauces were in the bag for the eight sandwiches I ordered. She said yes and I believed her. My mistake in trusting her. When I got home, there were no sauces in the bag. To the manager's credit, Jessica, when I called her to inform her of her employee's lie, she offered to deliver the sauces personally to me at my home. Excellent manager she is!!
Came down to visit family and stopped in for lunch first. Ashlyn was so friendly and provided some amazing long lost customer service that’s been missing in the fast food industry for quite some time. Thanks for bringing it back!
