Finally found the truck after it moved from original location! I think we almost cried with joy! These are the best street tacos I have EVER had and every other taco has to compare to them...I have found none in the same realm! The best red salsa ever, like mom used to make for the tamales! So glad they made it and will go at least 1x week!
To be honest this was my first visit. This is more of a precaution. Their Carne Adovada is not what I’m used to in New Mexico. What I am used to is a rich red pork chili made from ancho peppers. This was a marinated piece of flank steak that was grilled, more like Carne Asada. I checked my receipt and it said Carne Adovada. Three delivery orders before posting this review. Only because I couldn't believe a restaurant could be so near perfection for the first two orders... I had to be sure with the third delivery this morning. And the third was a charm! Menudo is 100%. I've become accustomed to getting limes with my menudo, but Rositas serves it with lemon slices.
