Domino's Pizza in Lakewood

“So I ordered a pizza and sandwich for delivery and every time I've ordered from them I've always loved their food. This time the food was not good. Idk what happened becz as I said they've always had food food. We didn't finish the food so I called and talked to one manager, and he was giving me the run around kept saying he'd call me back,betc. He never did and never attempted to make it right.
I then called back and spoke to the other store mgr her name is Tanya and she was awesome and understanding and she made everything right within minutes. There was no hassle and she was apologetic and that and her is what management is all about and how they are supposed to be. THAT being said, I will now order from them again because sometimes things happen and a meal is bad but because of her I have no problem of eating there again since their food has always been good.
If I had to continue to play the run around game I wouldn't have ever returned to their store.

“hey i Just went and picked up a one topping large thin sausage pizza it was great it was hot it was crispy it was thin It was just the right amount of sauce and cheese and I want to give a big thanks to the crew that was working this afternoon I gave you five stars dominoes for simply throw in some sausages and some cheese on the pizza for me you did good and the service was also good ! I appreciate the effort I will come back! S.S.“

“Usually a solid experience here, but can be very inconsistent. When it’s good, it’s a great value, cooked well, timely, and friendly service. When it’s off, the ingredients are not dispersed well, the pizza is not cooked for the right amount of time, and the service is not friendly. Hoping for more consistency here as it could be an awesome option for the neighborhood“
