I wanted to thank the team for their quality control. Tonight was unusually busy and my pizza had bubbled during baking and would've been imperfect. But instead of just closing the box up and saying good enough, they remade the pizza showed me what happened with the first. Meanwhile I didn't get a sense of panic or disorder from this team during a very busy time. Great job.
This location is so incredibly inconsistent it’s almost getting unbearable. I’ve showed up several times now after being alerted my order is ready for pick up only to show up and wait for several more minutes or they take a half hour just to get my order in the oven. Never can I walk in when it says it’s ready and get my order and go. Get your stuff together.
