Had a bad experience there the other day (Saturday) with a poorly made pizza. Couldn’t make it back until Sunday but when I did I asked for a replacement rather than a refund and the staff was nice and gave me a free replacement pizza. The replacement was much better and thanks to the good customer service I will be going back. Normally I have a decent experience at Little Caesars but one time they forgot the cookie dough brownies in my order, and recently I tried the new pretzel crust pizza. Honestly, it's just regular pizza with salt sprinkled on it. None of the salt even stayed on the crust, it was all over the pizza. Crust was normal crust, not even soft pretzel dough. I was really disappointed by all that.
