Domino's Pizza in Aurora

“I am shocked at how good this Domino’s is. I waited until my second visit to make sure it wasn’t a fluke, and both times my order was correct, fast, and most importantly, delicious. I did curbside both times and it was easy and the staff was friendly. I’m genuinely very impressed with this location.“

“I order from this Domino's location regularly because the food is usually fresh, delicious, and consistent. However, there are two recurring issues that I think need attention:

Pizza Cutting - Whenever I order a hand-tossed pizza, it is rarely cut all the way through. I almost always have to recut the entire pizza at home before serving it.

Diced Tomatoes - When I order diced tomatoes as a topping, they are frequently missing from the pizza. This seems to be the only topping I consistently have issues with, so I'm not sure if it's being overlooked during preparation.

If the team could pay a little more attention to these details, or if the quality check process included verifying that pizzas are cut through all the way and toppings are accurate, it would greatly improve the overall experience.“

“The food is always good, just wouldn’t reccomend delivery. I ordered delivery because it was snowing and I didn’t want to have to take all of the snow off my car and have to drive in that weather. I normally walk there because it’s a 5 minute walk from my home.

Anyways, the one time I order delivery, and the arrival time keeps getting delayed . I keep tracking it and it keeps going farther and farther from the Dominos location and my home. Over 30 minutes later of getting the delivery time pushed back. I finally get my pizza and I get told that it was because the driver delivered another order before me. The starting location was at the Domino’s. Which is a 5 minute walk away from me. Make it make sense.“

“I want to give a big shout out to Luke. He helped me with my order when I hadn’t received it and he made up for it and got me my order as soon as possible. I hope this company appreciates this man for the hard worker and selfless individual. He is.“

“I ordered 10 pizzas from this team for a work event, and everything went perfectly smoothly. A team member talked me through what needed to be done and how far in advance to placed the large order, and even though Thu was a busy day for them, my large order arrived on-time, was hot, and was everything I ordered. Thanks team!“

“Update:2024. I decided to try again and much better service. The pizza is still Dominos pizza, but the service is 100% better. Keep it up!! The manager was very personable.

Uggghh! I love Dominos black box, ITS not the best authentic style pizza, but what do you expect from Dominos, I enjoy Dominos, but lately, it has not been up to par, there are a bunch of high school kids with no supervision. I ordered my usual. They bring a plain cheese pizza, not to mention I tipped the delivery driver $5 but im the one who has to go to Dominos and pick up the correct pizza. I'm done. I keep trying, but I keep getting disappointed. Unless you guys hire people who take pride in their work and not just a paycheck. From Oct 2017“

“I ordered two pizzas this past Saturday, and they were made perfectly and ready on time. When I arrived around 10:30 PM, there was only one gentleman working and I was genuinely impressed by his calm, fast paced, and professional attitude.

His name was ***Jamon*** (I hope I’m spelling that right). He handled everything on his own! From taking orders and working the register to making pizzas, all while keeping a positive attitude and a smile on his face. That kind of dedication and work ethic is rare these days, and it truly stood out.

I made sure to tip him well for his hard work, and I want to thank him for being such an amazing part of our neighborhood Domino’s. We need more employees like him!

I’ll be checking back in a month or two to see if he’s gotten the raise he deserves. If not, I’ll be reaching out to corporate because handling the kitchen and customer service solo like that is nothing easy! Thank you Jamon!
