“My husband and I love this place. It's a great little neighborhood spot. Caipirinhas are very good (even the NA versions!), and every dish I've had here has been really flavorful. I'm partial to the stroganoff and anything with the picanha steak. We also always start off with multiple orders of the cheese bread. For dessert, the brigadeiros are always a welcome treat. And the servers are always so friendly!“

“This is a contender for the best restaurant food I've ever eaten in my life. It's astonishing, delicious, magically flavorful. We tried 5 dishes and had a couple of drinks. I was perplexed at how good everything turned out. Just spectacular.

“Last night we went here and it was awesome! We opted to do the equivalent of the chef‘s table, and let them decide what to bring, and when. It was absolutely amazing and delicious! Definitely creative. The drinks were phenomenal as well. Our favorites were the Hamachi, the off the menu salmon, tartare, the mushroom Ramen soup and the foie gras. ❤️“

“This is a solid bar, but nothing super crazy to it. There was easy seating, a ton of bartenders, and reasonable noise levels. I went there on a Wednesday night with a good friend of mine and we really enjoyed using the Photo Booth! I would recommend this bar to anyone wanting to go out for a very chill time“

“We chose this place simply because it was close to our hotel. However, based on our experience, I would definitely go back. The beer selection is excellent. The food was delicious. Their pulled pork BBQ nachos are the best I have ever eaten. The service was also excellent. If you haven't been here you should definitely go.“

“I stopped in Denver on my way to Iowa. My son loves wings so he looked up this place so that we could have lunch. We ordered wings and a cocktail. Both cocktails were refreshing! The wings were on point. I ordered the buffalo bleu, and can say that I have not had better flavor. I will keep this in my locations and revisit again next year. My son ate all 18 of his wings.“

“We had a wonderful stay at the Rally. But it didn’t start off perfect. We had an issue where the pool wasn’t available, which was a big disappointment for our kids. However, the manager James did everything possible to make the stay magical despite the issue. He was thoughtful and helpful with coming up with a solution that worked well for us. We really enjoyed the OG restaurant on property which had delicious food and huge portions. The hotel itself has many interesting architectural details. The location perfect for Rockies and Nuggets games as well. Very pleased with our room (King Suite), the location, and the staff!!“

“I recently moved away from Fort Collins so I am going through and leaving reviews for all of my favorite eats places. MCHC is god-tier! Their food is great and their support of local artists through their block party event is fantastic. I had the privilege of meeting their owner a few years back when I was driving for Lyft and got a ride request from him when he needed to go make sure their Prospect location was locked up properly after he received notification that a door was left open. he tipped me very generously and it was genuinely a fun ride. It never surprised me that the atmosphere of MCHC had the same fun appeal whenever I ate there. I am definitely gonna visit next time I am in Fort Collins!“
