I recently had the pleasure of indulging in the mouthwatering offerings of a local BBQ food truck at The Eddy and I must say, it was quite the savory adventure.Corey knows how to cook up smoky goodness and warm hospitality. I had the pulled pork sandwich and it was delicious. Corey even gave me a free sample of the burnt end sausage, which I will have to get next time.
