Wanted to try something new and local and I'm glad I found Mint and Serif! The vibes are awesome and the place is very cozy. The potato bowl had amazing green chile with good flavor!
Numero quatro in our Colorado coffee house quest is Mint and Serf about 3 minutes from the house. A very mountain town gift shop-esque vibe welcomes you upon entry.
