“Great atmosphere. I love that there is seating outside as well as a really friendly atmosphere from the staff. It never took longer than a few minutes to get a drink, and There were plenty of great and unique arcade games. The only thing I would say is that the space is a little small compared to some one-up locations I've been too.“

“First time customers. This place was totally awesome and welcoming. Walked through the door and was greeted with a smile. Sat at the bar and was so happy we did. The bartender, Brynli, was absolutely awesome. Although our first time here, she treated us like we've been here many times before. Superb customer service with a smile. Thank you for making our day!!!!!!!! DO NOT JUST PASS BY, STOP HERE AND HAVE SOME PIZZA....you won't regret it“

“Overall great experience. The tostada, empanada, and flautas were the highlight for us. They seemed to have forgot our short rib taco plate and when we asked the server made an off hand comment asking if we had somewhere we needed to be. The plate came out about 20 minutes later. It seemed strange for that to happen at a restaurant like this.“

“Been visiting from Germany and stopped by at this scenic spot to have a cold beer and was a great experience. The barkeeper was very friendly, and the rooftop views over Sloan Lake are fantastic. He even went out of his way to give some advice on what other experiences are worthwhile for visitors of the area. Even some guests chipped in. I had an awesome time there and decided to have more than just the one beer that I had planned to drink, haha. An absolutely awesome place!“

“Last night we went here and it was awesome! We opted to do the equivalent of the chef‘s table, and let them decide what to bring, and when. It was absolutely amazing and delicious! Definitely creative. The drinks were phenomenal as well. Our favorites were the Hamachi, the off the menu salmon, tartare, the mushroom Ramen soup and the foie gras. ❤️“

“If you care about Belgian-style beer, Bruz is the best place in Colorado. Les Incompetents is a standout — layered, balanced, and the kind of beer that makes you slow down and pay attention instead of just drinking it—and reminds me of French dishes. The barrel-aged quad is the other one to chase: rich, warming, and complex without ever getting cloying. Both are worth going out of your way for.
The people are just as good as the beer. Kristin was clearly slammed the last time I was in and still managed to be gracious and on top of everything — no small feat. She and Carl (and the other staff, I would list them but I don’t. Know their names 😅 Yea) were also the ones who filled me in on the 10th anniversary, which I would have completely missed otherwise. That kind of hospitality is what turns a good taproom into a regular haunt.
I’ve been coming here often enough to say this with confidence: I have never had a bad food truck at Bruz. Not once. Whoever’s booking them deserves praise.

“I got a bunch of street foods (pastel/empanada, coxinhas/croquette, pāo de queijo/cheese bread). They were all so good and just like I remember from Brazil. The service was a little slow though, and they messed up my order originally and had to make it right, which made the wait about 45 minutes total.“

“My husband and I were looking for a night cap and found this hidden Gem! The host Lily was super sweet and our bartenders were super cool too. The drinks were good and the music matched our tastes. We will definitely hit this place up again for a night on the town.😉“

“This was my first visit to Denver Colorado, and a friend, recommended this hotel. Ever since I walked through the doors, I have had nothing but top notch service and respect. The front desk manager Lauren B. has impeccable customer service. And I don't know how I got so lucky, she upgraded me to a Pent House Suite. The room is absolutely gorgeous with breathtaking views of the stadium and skyline.
Definitely recommend staying at The Rally Hotel!! You will be treated like royalty!!“

“Edit: Business made it right a few days later, so bumping my review up to 4 stars assuming the bartender was having an off day.
Fun vibe and good pizza, unfortunately paired with the most incompetent bartender I’ve ever encountered in my 32 years on this planet. The guy who served us lost my credit card while changing a keg to fulfill our order, 3 minutes later he acts as if he has never seen us in his life. Claims he couldn’t possibly have my credit card because “they don’t keep cards” before finding it a few minutes later behind the bar.
Later on I ask to close out, he walks away for 20 seconds to check the POS, comes back and asks the person next to me who is a different gender, different hair color, and about a foot shorter than me “were you the one who just asked me to close out?” I wave him over and was asked to clarify my name and provide my card AGAIN, which must’ve then been used to open another tab unbeknownst to me. Now I’m leaving an unclosed tab at this bar with an extremely common last name. Lo and behold a couple days pass and clearly some randos (possibly with the same last name) must’ve charged drinks to our tab, since my wife and I ordered exactly 4 regular draft beers, but have $100+ in charges across multiple transactions from this unserious establishment“

“Four of us do a monthly dinner club and this place checked a lot of boxes! None of us drink so we're always thrilled when there's a solid selection of mocktails. Every drink we tried was delicious. We do 'family style' sharing of plates and got 4 small plates, 2 large plates, 2 sides, and 2 desserts. It was a tad too much food. Stand outs for me were the short rib, tuna, asparagus (great flavor though a little spicy for a few of us), and the brown butter caramel with the churros.“

“As for the pizza, I chose the Pearl. I really enjoyed the basil, garlic sauce, and cheese—it was delicious, and I’m happy with my choice. I’d definitely recommend it, although I think there might still be a little room for improvement.
One thing that really stood out to me was the hospitality. Since it was my first time at this restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised by the very warm welcome I received right from the start, along with a little gift!
That kind of thoughtful gesture alone makes me want to come back again. 😉“

“The smoked brisket had a nice bark and wasn't overloaded with sauce, which I appreciated. Mac and cheese was creamy and actually held its own next to the meat. Small dining room so it gets crowded when the rush starts, and conversations kind of blend together into one big wall of noise.“

“I recently moved away from Fort Collins so I am going through and leaving reviews for all of my favorite eats places. MCHC is god-tier! Their food is great and their support of local artists through their block party event is fantastic. I had the privilege of meeting their owner a few years back when I was driving for Lyft and got a ride request from him when he needed to go make sure their Prospect location was locked up properly after he received notification that a door was left open. he tipped me very generously and it was genuinely a fun ride. It never surprised me that the atmosphere of MCHC had the same fun appeal whenever I ate there. I am definitely gonna visit next time I am in Fort Collins!“

“Been to this place many times for the food. Not really a beer drinker and they only have 1-2 ciders at a time. Which is what I usually drink. The bartenders are phenomenal. The two in the pictures. I asked the male bartender if he was from the east coast, because I was sure based on his hospitality ethics he was not from Denver. The female bartender in the picture is always great. See ya soon!“

“Spent an afternoon with friends enjoying a cabana. We had attentive and speedy service and our glasses were never empty. They offer a variety of cocktails (frozen drinks too!) and a much bigger menu than I expected. The pizzas were 10/10. Can’t wait to go back!“
