Trying to hold a squirming, hungry toddler in a standard booth while eating a massive, sauce-dripping chicken sandwich is an extreme sport I did not train for. I ended up eating my lunch over my kid’s head like a mama bird, which I guess fits the theme, but still.
5 stars because the food is just that good, but please, Birdcall—buy a couple of high chairs so my biceps can take a break.“

“Dave’s Hot Chicken definitely lives up to the hype. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. I liked that you can choose your spice level, so there’s something for everyone. The fries were seasoned really well, and the Dave’s sauce tied everything together.

Bob’s customer service made the experience even better. He was friendly, welcoming, and had a great attitude from the moment we walked in. He made sure everything was right with our order and made us feel like valued customers.

As someone who loves Chick-fil-A, I’d honestly say Dave’s gives it some serious competition. If you’re looking for bigger flavor and more heat, Dave’s is the place to go. I’ll definitely be back!“

“Really good place! Ordered takeout and got the dark meat, 3 sauces (macha, piri piri, chimichurri), mixed veggies & mashed w gravy.

The sauces are amazing & have such good flavor. The veggies have a unique cashew sauce of them which I never had before but really enjoyed it! The chicken is classic rotisserie chicken, tender & falls off the bone.

“I recently moved away from Fort Collins so I am going through and leaving reviews for all of my favorite eats places. MCHC is god-tier! Their food is great and their support of local artists through their block party event is fantastic. I had the privilege of meeting their owner a few years back when I was driving for Lyft and got a ride request from him when he needed to go make sure their Prospect location was locked up properly after he received notification that a door was left open. he tipped me very generously and it was genuinely a fun ride. It never surprised me that the atmosphere of MCHC had the same fun appeal whenever I ate there. I am definitely gonna visit next time I am in Fort Collins!“

The spice levels are tuned for an American crowd, so if you really want something spicy pick a spice level higher than ‘hot.’

They keep the inside seating area very clean, and on nicer days there are tables to eat outside.“

“I highly recommend this place if you love meals with chicken! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the staff. The kiosk on the left was very easy to use. We got a chicken sandwich, truffle fries, nuggets, and a drink. The place was very clean and the employee dropped off our order at our table. He went around to make sure we were satisfied with our food as well and we appreciated that! The food can be a little pricey but the quality is definitely worth it. I would definitely come back again!“

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with BBQ sauce, cheese, aoli & no bacon jam, tots and a ginger coleslaw( it had no mayo which was perfect for me), plus a side of sweet mustard+0.50 & 16 oz drink. The chicken was cooked well, not dry & the flavors worked well together. Tots were crispy, coleslaw was fresh and tasty. No complaints. It was $22 including tax. So on the spendier side, but fresh and filling, boasting natural ingredients. Worth it, imo.
I had no interaction with staff, there was a digital board indicating when my order was up and I gave my phone# and was notified that way where to pick it up. Very efficient.“

I like this place also ice coffee doesn't have a size just small.
And there was a customer from whom decided to whisper into my ear as I left the building that I needed to take a shower or that I smell bad don't really need that kind of a sexual assault happening when I'm trying to leave the business. If you're going to tell me that I smell bad or I need to take a shower at least let me give you an answer or like just tell me you don't need to whisper in my ear.“

“We love Rico Pollo and we eat at almost all of them. We particularly drove to this one from Greeley Colorado to eat here and they kicked us out. We had 10 minutes sweet. They didn’t wanna even let us eat there. I made them allow us to eat there if the door sign and if Google says you’re close by nine, then that’s what time you close not 15 or 20 minutes early. That’s bad customer service.“

“Amazing experience! I was a bit hesitant at first because the location is very busy and hectic, but this store far exceeded my expectations. Despite the crowd, the operation was seamless. The manager, Jay, was doing an incredible job—personally clearing tables, checking in on guests, and ensuring everyone was happy. Thank you for proving that a busy location doesn't have to mean poor service. Highly recommended!“

“I took a trip to Denver back in February of 2020 and found this taco spot close by the hotel we stayed in and ended up going to the place twice within the three day trip and I still to this day crave there menu and talk about taking a trip just for some tacos… it’s been three years and I can’t seem to move on“

They also have these biscuits that are so delicious, almost like a blueberry scone, crispy and flaky and moist on the inside.
