Ordered online. I ordered all white received all dark. I called only to be first told they were all out of white meat (apparently he was doing inventory, not sure why that was relevant), then asked why I wasn't contacted about my order not being able to be fulfilled correctly, I was informed that he was unable to 86 unavailable items online, I call BS, so apparently they then decide what is to be packaged at their own discretion. How they do business like this is insane to me....read full review
Had a very simple mobile order of 6 hot wings. That’s it, I always expect to wait because normally they drop as needed. Today I received 3 hot wings that were obviously old and 2 regular wings also not fresh. I called several times and nobody would answer. It was only 8:30 and they were not busy. Frustrating when you spend your last $$$$ and receive crappy treatment
Employees dont know how to do their job. Manager wasnt available supposedly but ended coming to issue our refund. We got there at 650p and didnt leave until 718p. For a drive thur fast food restaurant that is ridiculous.

KFC serves delicious food, including Long John Silver's options. The customer service is amazing, with staff willing to answer questions and provide a pleasant experience. Orders are fulfilled quickly, and food arrives warm and tasty. The food is always fresh and hot, and the crew working there are so friendly. Staff members, like Nayeli, go above and beyond to ensure a great experience, even taking initiative to personally deliver orders and offer a drink for waiting. The food is as always classic.
