Ordered here from door dash last night. Paid 25 dollars for my meal which is crazy but I had a bad day so I didn’t care lol. I ordered a drink, three pieces of chicken, Mac and cheese, and mashed potatoes. I recieved no Mac and cheese and no drink. Then they begin to tell me they cannot refund me. I didn’t receive two out of four items I purchased . Ridiculous.

We ordered on doordash right after they opened food tastes like it was from yesterday biscuits were hard enough to be two days ago absolutely worst food I have gotten in a very long time from anywhere. I would not recommend this KFC at all. And they also forgot cheese sauce that we had ordered. I don't know why places cannot adopt the Applebee's method that for everything you order you get a sticker and they have to put it on there every time we get Applebee's it's fantastic and they don't miss anything

I'll never go here again. My wrap was made terribly!!! The tortilla was hard and falling apart the chicken was tough very little effort and sloppy making it. I won't return this has happened more then once will other items. .

Food quality and service needs improvement at lunch time. The drive threw girl needs a better attitude and the food needs to be more fresh and orders need to be checked better for accuracy. I have had old chicken, rock hard biscuits, no dipping sauces, and just not real
This is second time we've had bad customer service. When KFC brought hot wings back I waited 5 minutes until rude girl says go ahead and order. I ordered the wings she says that will be 20 minutes second time months later same girl tells me they don't sell wings anymore but it's on menu .no one would come to window. The food is always old with this new crew .When the man with glasses was managing it the worker's were polite .

The manager(Alyssa) of the store is horrendous. If you make any type of complaint. Say you don’t get a biscuit or your food is cold she goes off the rails and screams at you. She will tell you not to come back if you don’t like it. I have made several complaints to corporate. However, this woman is a manager and is not dealt with properly. Eat here at your own risk.

If you make any type of complaint she will immediately tell you to not come there any more and not try to resolve the issue at all. She yells and tries to intimidate those who complain. I feel sorry for those who work there. My complaints to corporate go unaddressed

This is a Long Johns Silver KFC combo restaurant. I used to love LJS, but the combo restaurants are never good. This one is no exception. Plus the staff weren't friendly and the drink area was filthy. Doesn't look like they clean very often. Food was ok at best. It's a shame. I wouldn't visit again.
“Saucy nuggets” minimum sauce. Biscuits weren’t fresh either.
