We go at least a couple times a month! For a recent Christmas get together, Shawn and the staff were able to get our party of 20 in and all seated. Of course, we love the arcade as well!“

“Excellent beer. I had a couple of their IPAs, both had great flavor and mouth feel. Big open taproom with counter serve bar service, and an excellent patio with bar-like seating. I did not order any food so I have no comment on that. The menu has sandwiches, pizza like "dough nips," and Hawaiian inspired main courses. Great place to stop for a beer with in-house food options.“

“Adding my review here since Google maps isn't enough!! Amethyst, Marina and Ryan were all top tier players in our fantastic experience at Briar Commons. We each had a strawberry rhubarb blonde beer, shared the buffalo cauliflower app and the fried chicken sandwich. Between the A+ hospitality, excellent service and delicious food, we came back a second time for the same meal over again. Briar Commons will definitely be a stop every time we come to Colorado! Thank you so much!!“

“Sierra was amazing! We came in from out of town, we were walking from our hotel and came across this brewery. It was clean and great food. Sierra recommended a beer for my wife and I and the bison burger medium rare! Hands down the best bison burger I have ever had! The staff were amazing and on top of our service. If you are in downtown Denver check this place out!! You will not be disappointed! Thanks!!“

“Visting Denver from out of town, I stopped by here on a coworker's recommendation. Boy he was not wrong! The Dunkel was delicious, and the Adult Mac & Cheese with a Smoked Sausage was fantastic. The crisped parmigian topping the Mac & Cheese was WOW! Wait staff was prompt and friendly, and checked on me just the right amount.“

“Low key taproom with a huge selection!“

“We have gone twice, once for a soft opening and then again a few days ago. Great beer and food, unfortunately the service was really lacking on the second trip. The place was basically empty yet all of our glasses and food plates kept stacking up on our table. We ended up clearing it off ourselves and taking it to the bar. Wasn’t really planning on doing dishes on Mother’s Day ;) Think we just caught them on a low staffed night and growing pains. We will definitely go back because we are huge fans of their beer. Lots of great patio space and TVs inside to watch sports.“

“we were in the area for a mini vacation (my sister and i). initially we were walking to the brunch nearby but as we were passing by, we changed our minds and went in. after seeing the cowboys game on, we sat down near the TV it was on. I asked if it was possible to change the TV behind my sister as well since we will be sitting across from one another. it was playing the Olympics races and nobody was watching (1 booth other than us and 4 people bar top). after it was changed, we ordered our food and drinks. a kitchen staff joked about the cowboys with friendly bantar before returning to the kitchen. shortly after, the general manager (I was unaware at the time) came from the kitchen and changed it again. I said excuse me several times to him and got 0 acknowledgement. the bartender shrugged his shoulders and looked away from me. I spoke to Anthony as there wasn't much time left on the game. Anthony attempted to talk to him and he said there were people watching the game. the game which was not put on until AFTER we requested the change. while I'm not one to sweat small stuff, I work in customer service and with 6 mins left on a preseason game, what's the harm? at least acknowledge me when I speak to you. let's come to an agreement. instead, I turned my chair around and waited to eat the appetizers sitting behind me on the table until the game was over (a whopping 4 mins) I don't get time to catch many games, was on vacation and wasn't being rude about it. i love sports and trust, I would've been stoked to catch the baseball game he changed it to AFTER the football game. and I would've been the only customer paying attention then too. so finally I was loud and thanked Anthony for his friendly demeanor and caring about his customers. I said it very loudly since I could not get acknowledgement when speaking politely and directly to him. what do ya know? now we hear me in the kitchen and have plenty to say. with music playing and food being prepared no less! I enjoyed the food. probably the best wings I've had in ages! the beer cheese soup was delicious. I enjoyed our waiter's customer care. without him, we would've walked out. food is top notch. caring about customers, not entirely priority. we don't visit often so it isn't a huge loss that we won't be returning because of one person. Definitely ask for Anthony if you do go!“
