“I have always been a huge fan of their green chili bagels, however today was extra special. I went in to purchase doggie bagels for my pup's birthday and they asked me if my dogs were with me. After I responded yes they brought me two pop cups and added two extra doggie bagels on top to celebrate. It was a lovely surprise and my two pups loved them!“

“Hands down my favorite bagels in Denver. If you like sushi and are open to eating fish on a bagel, look no further. The hamachi, lox and tuna are our favorites, we get them every time. The flavors are excellent, the fish is always fresh and the portions are great. The inside is small, to be expected for a bagel shop. The line does get long but it’s worth it, always.“

“I cannot say enough great things about Big Daddy’s Bagels. This place has become a consistent part of my weekly routine and it never disappoints. From the second you walk in, there is a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere that makes you feel like a regular, even if it is your first time.

The bagels are always fresh and made perfectly. The texture, the flavor, and the quality are all on point every single time. Whether I am grabbing a breakfast sandwich or something simple, everything tastes like it is made with care and consistency. You can tell they take pride in what they do and it shows in every bite.

What really makes this place stand out is the staff. Kelsey is absolutely amazing. She is always friendly, positive, and goes out of her way to make sure everything is right. Her energy sets the tone for the whole experience and makes coming in something I actually look forward to each week.

Luis, the one who is usually wearing the black Bulls hat, is also incredible. He is respectful, efficient, and always on top of everything. Both of them, along with the rest of the team, make it clear that they genuinely care about their customers. They remember faces, they remember orders, and they consistently take care of me every time I come in.

That level of consistency is hard to find. It is not just about great food, it is about how you are treated, and this team does it right. Whether I am in a hurry or have time to sit and enjoy my meal, the experience is always smooth and enjoyable.

If you are in Lakewood and looking for a go to breakfast spot, this is the place. Great food, even better people, and a team that truly knows how to take care of their customers. I will keep coming back every week without question. Five stars all the way.“

Had purchased two bottles of Ba-tempt half sour pickles but sadly both had gone off😩but the young man at the counter quickly credited my card and was super helpful. This was at the Stanley Marketplace location- So as I really wanted some pickles I drove to the Five Points location and asked about the really, really green pickles that I remembered from Boston and Mary went into the back snd came out with one for me to try! “Pleasantly surprised by this location after multiple issues at the Hilltop location. Pick up order was easy and efficient. It seemed like people got their orders quickly. The bagel sandwich was fresh and steaming hot. The staff were attentive and pleasant. I had almost lost faith in CYB deli. As an East Coaster, I need my bagel fix and I'm so glad to know the Tennyson location succeeds on multiple fronts.“

In addition, the store notified me of a new manager and offered additional product support. I have changed my review based on the customer service I have received since contacting them.

Good Morning,

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my catering pickup experience this morning for Order #5611514.

When I arrived, my order was ready; however, no one assisted me in verifying that the order was complete or offered to help transport it to my vehicle. What was particularly frustrating was that a staff member who was working nearby and cleaning the coffee dispenser did not acknowledge me or offer any assistance, instead a fellow customer walked out to my car with me 3 times to help me bring my large catering order out.

Unfortunately, the issues did not end there. Upon arriving at my event and unpacking the order, I discovered that several essential catering items were missing, including plates, napkins, alternative sweeteners, and cups for the juice. As a catering customer, I would expect these basic supplies to be included and verified before pickup.

Our organization hosts several events throughout the year, and we have relied on catering partners to provide both complete orders and quality customer service. Based on this experience, I will not be using Einstein Bros. Bagels for future events. The lack of customer service combined with the missing supplies created unnecessary stress and inconvenience on the day of our event.

I wanted to bring this matter to your attention so that it can be addressed and future customers do not have a similar experience.“

“I went to Einstein to get a free breakfast sandwich for my birthday, and I ordered a sandwich that was not included in the reward. It caused some problems in the computer, and they ended up giving me the sandwich I originally wanted and my iced tea for free 😭❤️ I have only been here twice, but I am their newest regular.
