I went to Einstein to get a free breakfast sandwich for my birthday, and I ordered a sandwich that was not included in the reward. It caused some problems in the computer, and they ended up giving me the sandwich I originally wanted and my iced tea for free 😭❤️ I have only been here twice, but I am their newest regular. Everyone there is so sweet.

#2080, Wadsworth. This is a great store, managed by Leon. When another location let me down Leon made it right at his store. This is customer service done right.
