“👊🏽😎👍🏽 Great staff and very helpful. Food came out great and the coffee is delicious ☕️“

“Very cool and very good service“

“Our experience at The Counter was fantastic. We ended up being the only people during our seating and had an intimate meal shared with their team. All of the bites were creative and thoughtfully crafted. We did the beverage pairing and highly recommend it! We are still new to sake and enjoyed the wide variety of styles. Highly recommend for any special occasion type dinner.“

“Best bagel I ever had! Great customer service! I love this place! Hilltop!“

“Loved the variety of spreads!“

“Incredible bagels and wonderful staff! They work so hard and go above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience, but they are also very genuine/real humans. (You know you aren’t getting a fake smile or personality.) Every breakfast bagel I’ve had has been excellent, from sweet to savory! I can’t say enough good things about this bagel shop.“

“Had an AMAZING experience yesterday! Had purchased two bottles of Ba-tempt half sour pickles but sadly both had gone off😩but the young man at the counter quickly credited my card and was super helpful. This was at the Stanley Marketplace location- So as I really wanted some pickles I drove to the Five Points location and asked about the really, really green pickles that I remembered from Boston and Mary went into the back snd came out with one for me to try! OMG! OMG! YES! That was it❤️❤️❤️❤️she kindly gave me a few more snd now they have a customer for life! Such FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE! Mary is a credit to your team- we will be back today to order more👍👍“

“This place is straight out of my jersey girl dreams. I mentioned it was my first time here, and they gave me my coffee for free! That means a lot coming from the east coast where nothing is free. Such a fun atmosphere, I wish we had this place in New Jersey!! It was also heart warming to see latkes on the menu. I haven’t even eaten my food yet but needed to write this review.“

“big shout out and thank you to the team who was working around 9am this morning (on 8/18) could not have been nicer and offered the best costumer service. they we're so accommodating and helpful when i totally messed up my order and ordered the wrong thing. thank you again to those two sweet baby angels who were working.“

“I found Leroy’s a couple months ago in attempts to find spinach Parmesan bagels near me. I absolutely love the shop and the people that work there!!! My service dog Mowgli loves is bagel toy we picked up this week! If you haven’t tried a spinach Parmesan bagel, it is a must try! Thanks for making Leroy’s my new bagel home!“

“Great food, coffee and tea, and a nice place to work remotely!“

“hot fresh bagels. friendly service order came out quick..“

“Can I just say thank you for being a superior Einstein's? We just waited 10 min for a single untoasted bagel w schmear at another location...and opened the bagel to find 1/4 the amount of schmear you always give me. Thanks for your great service!“

“always love coming in and ordering my favorite Chai. the baristas are so pleasant“

“It was nice visiting Einstein again but I didn’t realize no more dining room 🙁 but other than that my experience going there again was nice I enjoyed my bagel 🥯 and my orange juice and eating outside was bad .“

“Great service and food as usual. I was pleased to witness a staff member go above and beyond to accommodate another customer when she needed help.“

“Overly priced compared to Einsteins.“

“Food in consistent with this chains standards.
Bagels are fine, slightly soft not like some of the hard and chewy ones in other places. (this is a plus to me and not to some)
Service is surprisingly decent for a national chain.
Space is clean, bright, and fresh (they are after all new as of early 2026)
Parking can be a changeling sometimes but usually just fine.
I miss the old local Bagel store this replaced as far as the quality of bagel but this is a fresh upgrade in the retail space.“

“I have been fortunate to have this store in our neighborhood, and the service along with good food is also great. Only available from early morning to early afternoon, so get here before the fresh baked crunchy bagels are gone. Also, if you need to cater a meeting or just make some family and friends happy. Get their boxed up bagels and coffee in a box. Alwsays a hit.“

“I’m obsessed over the turkey sandwich. The pickled onions and what I think is a horseradish sauce really make it above all the others. Highly recommend!“

“Amazing!!! Cherry filled.. cheesecake filled..apple pie...all are sooooo good!!“

“I had never stopped there before, luckily it was on my way to an appointment, I had time, so I stopped in. I had one of their breakfast bagels, it was very tastey, and well prepared. I found their prices very reasonable, and their service exemplary!“

“Look I’m from MN so I accept all bagels with an open heart and from a place of unbiased opinions. This bagel was FANTASTIC and the veggie cream cheese had legit crunchy chunks of veggies in it… I didn’t even know I wanted that in my cream cheese until today. I got mine to go but could tell by the clientele this is a local gem.“

“PLEASE READ:

For some reason, Google is refusing to update the address, as we have changed locations just recently this year.

We are actually located on 1700 Washington Avenue, inside the Beck Venture Center, on the main level.
For a catering order, we highly recommend that you call 24 to 48 hours of pick-up, as we have a limited amount of bagels. Especially during the summer.

Summer hours are from 7:30a to 1:30p
The rest of the school year is from 7:30a to 4:00p.
Monday thru Friday. Weekends we are closed.“

“The bagels are delicious and the coffee I can’t drink only one . I love everything. And the guys are very friendly. Good work.“

“Have the best bagels 🥯 and great atmosphere!“

“Editing my post since the owners reached out. And since I didnt have a negative experience, my personal buisness relies on reviews so the fact that they reached out and wanted to fix my issues, ill automatically give them a 5 star review.

I will say in response to their response. There is nothing you can do to please me with Bagels. Im an East Coast Bagel and Pizza snob. Ive had some of the best there is in the country. There is no chain alive that can compete with that.

With that said. I still go to einsteins now and then. The price is good, the bagels are decent. Clearly the owners are great, and the atmosphere was great as was the service of the staff. So if you never had real NY Bagels, try Einsteins and you wont be disappointed.“

“This location is right by my work, I visit them between 1-3 times a week, and the morning staff is AMAZING. I’ve had a great, personal experience with each of them. Awesome customer service and it feels like the genuinely care about each customer.“
