“Wow, what a great breakfast choice. My wife and I live in the area and frequent this location quite a bit. Today we had another exceptional guest experience with the store manager Sommer. It was super busy on this particular morning and the manager met and greeted us in a timely manner. After taking our order in a timely and professional manner, we then received our breakfast meals on a timely manner. When you're looking for a ready for a great guest experience for breakfast, go see Sommer and her team at Einsteins. Kudos to Sommer and her entire team.“

“Definitely not the first issues I have had with this store. But its great to be told they are out of the bagel for you sandwich AFTER you paid already. Especially when you are in the drive through and the guy gives no recommendations on what else is good with it. Sorry I don't have all of your bagel flavors memorized 🙄“
