We come here usually on Sundays but the temperature inside is horrible. We have asked a couple of times for them to turn it up. but they ignor it. today it was 51 degrees - warmer outside. I would not recommend this place.
Been there twice in the last two weeks. First time ordered a ham and cheese. The bottom of the bagel was covered in tuna fish! I called and spoke to a manager. Wasn't looking for anything except to let him know of the issue. Went this morning ordered a cranberry bagel, double toasted with plain shmear! It was so burned it wasn't worth eating. Called again. Spoke with Robert and while he offered to take my name and comp my next trip it was clear he didn't really care. Again...read full review
