1Customer Service is not the best. you wait at the register for someone to come out from the back. the Manager is almost always in the back and sings really loud with the music loud too. She always upsells what you order. If I want two eggs i will ask for them please do not just charge me for two without saying anything. As of today everything seems to have been fixed now. thank you for listening and your response.

Won't be back to this location. New Manger I'll call her Karen. You can figure out the rest! Worst service ever. Cooks are great but the guy that works the register is rude and you have to repeat your order every time. Never ask for your number for points! Annoying ?

So, with the lame response, I'm going to put up a PSA. Do yourself a favour and don't pay $5 for a bagel. Here is what ya do. Go to the grocery store grab a 6 pack of Thomas's bagels. 2 cream cheese and a pepper or 2, some chives. Mix the veggies with the cream cheese - toast the bagels spread the cheese and you have an Einsteins bagel for about a buck. So, don't waste your time with the stein. Have fun!

I had a horrible experience this morning, I ordered a half a dozen gourmet bagels with cream cheese, and nova lox brunch which is supposed to include a blueberry muffin. When I got to my office with breakfast for everyone, all of the bagel flavors were wrong, there was no cream cheese, included, and the blueberry muffin was a chocolate muffin, which is concerning considering we have a chocolate allergy here. When I called the restaurant to speak to a manager, I was told no manager was there, so I spoke to a shift lead who then put me on hold, and then another person named Alex answered, who stated they were the manager, but then backtracked when I told her the shift lead said the manager was not there, & then said she was another shift lead. I explained the situation and instead of apologizing, she kept telling me it was my fault for not grabbing the cream cheese, and I should have known to have grabbed it from the refrigerator; she also tried to tell me that my Nova lox meal was supposed to come with chocolate muffin until I told her the app explicitly states a blueberry muffin and hash brown (and again, we have a chocolate allergy in my office, which she didn't even seem remotely concerned about). She also kept referring to me as "darling" & "dear," even though I had explicitly asked her three times not to. She told me they would not be able to refund me and all I could do was drive back and they could remake it. I asked why wasn't I made aware that they did not have what I had ordered when I picked it up, and she told me I should've checked my order before I left, to which I replied, " then why do you staple all of the orders shut?" Alex took absolutely no responsibility for the mess up of and was was incredibly defensive and rude. I will definitely not be utilizing this location again.

Came by here on the way to a hike to get some coffee and a sandwhich. Had a great experience! The manager on shift was super helpful and friendly :) There was also someone on staff that could speak Spanish to the customer behind me.I will be back!

Sat in the drive thru for 15 min before anyone asked for my order. In addition to the long wait to order, I waited to pay for an additional 10 min. I arrived a little after 6am and believe I was the first drive thru customer of the day. Disappointing service, disappointing wait time, even more disappointed when I opened my order and it was wrong. For a fast food restaurant.. 25 min to order, pay and receive order is absurd and a huge waste of time and money. Will not be coming back to this location.

Always a quick and easy pitstop. Definitely ask for extra cream cheese on plain bagels. There was a long line this morning but they kept the line moving.

I honestly don't know what any of the other commenters are talking about, this Einsteins has always been a good experience for me. It's my neighborhood Einsteins and I've been going to this one for years. The people are always really friendly, the bagels are fresh and taste amazing! We literally go every week and get a Dozen and for a family of 4, they last us almost an entire week! I also love that this location has a drive through. Sometimes you have to wait a few minutes but honestly that's a small caveat when you're getting fresh baked goods. I can't speak to the other people's experiences but honestly it feels like people will complain about pretty much any little thing on Yelp...

I love Einsteins but this location is awful. I had a bad experience before so I was given a credit. Went back today and got an egg cheese bagel and it looks terrible. They just threw it together. Terrible experience and twice too!!

Um... I don't think I ordered white string to go in my French Toast bagel. I sadly had to throw it away after I found them. Mind you, I had taken a bite, and these were in my mouth as I was chewing, and I do not have braces or anything. I don't know what these are. I ate through half of the bagel when I got these in my mouth. Everything else I ordered was fine, but this bagel will probably be the reason I will not return to this location.
