“The staff was awesome. The food was delicious. Holy burritos! The size and quality was superb. The last behind the counter helped me out with 20 recommendations as i hadn't been in before. There were a considerable amount of online orders, which kept the staff moving non-stop. If i did it again, i would order online and grab after the drive.“

For some reason, Google is refusing to update the address, as we have changed locations just recently this year.

We are actually located on 1700 Washington Avenue, inside the Beck Venture Center, on the main level.
For a catering order, we highly recommend that you call 24 to 48 hours of pick-up, as we have a limited amount of bagels. Especially during the summer.

Summer hours are from 7:30a to 1:30p
The rest of the school year is from 7:30a to 4:00p.
Monday thru Friday. Weekends we are closed.“

“I cannot say enough great things about Big Daddy’s Bagels. This place has become a consistent part of my weekly routine and it never disappoints. From the second you walk in, there is a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere that makes you feel like a regular, even if it is your first time.

The bagels are always fresh and made perfectly. The texture, the flavor, and the quality are all on point every single time. Whether I am grabbing a breakfast sandwich or something simple, everything tastes like it is made with care and consistency. You can tell they take pride in what they do and it shows in every bite.

What really makes this place stand out is the staff. Kelsey is absolutely amazing. She is always friendly, positive, and goes out of her way to make sure everything is right. Her energy sets the tone for the whole experience and makes coming in something I actually look forward to each week.

Luis, the one who is usually wearing the black Bulls hat, is also incredible. He is respectful, efficient, and always on top of everything. Both of them, along with the rest of the team, make it clear that they genuinely care about their customers. They remember faces, they remember orders, and they consistently take care of me every time I come in.

That level of consistency is hard to find. It is not just about great food, it is about how you are treated, and this team does it right. Whether I am in a hurry or have time to sit and enjoy my meal, the experience is always smooth and enjoyable.

If you are in Lakewood and looking for a go to breakfast spot, this is the place. Great food, even better people, and a team that truly knows how to take care of their customers. I will keep coming back every week without question. Five stars all the way.“

This bagel was FANTASTIC and the veggie cream cheese had legit crunchy chunks of veggies in it… I didn’t even know I wanted that in my cream cheese until today. I got mine to go but could tell by the clientele this is a local gem.“

“Edited: Customer Service reached out and provided and apology as well as corrected the issues by providing a refund for the missing supplies. In addition, the store notified me of a new manager and offered additional product support. I have changed my review based on the customer service I have received since contacting them.

Here is an email sent 2 weeks ago with no response:

Good Morning,

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my catering pickup experience this morning for Order #5611514.

When I arrived, my order was ready; however, no one assisted me in verifying that the order was complete or offered to help transport it to my vehicle. What was particularly frustrating was that a staff member who was working nearby and cleaning the coffee dispenser did not acknowledge me or offer any assistance, instead a fellow customer walked out to my car with me 3 times to help me bring my large catering order out.

Unfortunately, the issues did not end there. Upon arriving at my event and unpacking the order, I discovered that several essential catering items were missing, including plates, napkins, alternative sweeteners, and cups for the juice. As a catering customer, I would expect these basic supplies to be included and verified before pickup.

Our organization hosts several events throughout the year, and we have relied on catering partners to provide both complete orders and quality customer service. Based on this experience, I will not be using Einstein Bros. Bagels for future events. The lack of customer service combined with the missing supplies created unnecessary stress and inconvenience on the day of our event.

I wanted to bring this matter to your attention so that it can be addressed and future customers do not have a similar experience.“

“I went to Einstein to get a free breakfast sandwich for my birthday, and I ordered a sandwich that was not included in the reward. It caused some problems in the computer, and they ended up giving me the sandwich I originally wanted and my iced tea for free 😭❤️ I have only been here twice, but I am their newest regular. Everyone there is so sweet.“
