“My first time in an Einsteins in about 3 years. I was instantly greeted by a wonderful team who seems to enjoy their job. They all work and communicate well with each other and the customers, and they nicely accommodated to me when my app was being a little goofy. Plus, the food was YUM! “Had an AMAZING experience yesterday! Had purchased two bottles of Ba-tempt half sour pickles but sadly both had gone off😩but the young man at the counter quickly credited my card and was super helpful. This was at the Stanley Marketplace location- So as I really wanted some pickles I drove to the Five Points location and asked about the really, really green pickles that I remembered from Boston and Mary went into the back snd came out with one for me to try! OMG! OMG! YES! That was it❤️❤️❤️❤️she kindly gave me a few more snd now they have a customer for life! Such FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE! “I cannot say enough great things about Big Daddy’s Bagels. This place has become a consistent part of my weekly routine and it never disappoints. From the second you walk in, there is a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere that makes you feel like a regular, even if it is your first time.

The bagels are always fresh and made perfectly. The texture, the flavor, and the quality are all on point every single time. Whether I am grabbing a breakfast sandwich or something simple, everything tastes like it is made with care and consistency. You can tell they take pride in what they do and it shows in every bite.

What really makes this place stand out is the staff. Kelsey is absolutely amazing. She is always friendly, positive, and goes out of her way to make sure everything is right. Her energy sets the tone for the whole experience and makes coming in something I actually look forward to each week.

Luis, the one who is usually wearing the black Bulls hat, is also incredible. He is respectful, efficient, and always on top of everything. Both of them, along with the rest of the team, make it clear that they genuinely care about their customers. They remember faces, they remember orders, and they consistently take care of me every time I come in.

That level of consistency is hard to find. It is not just about great food, it is about how you are treated, and this team does it right. Whether I am in a hurry or have time to sit and enjoy my meal, the experience is always smooth and enjoyable.

“All of these negative comments about pricing. Wowsers. Go to Einsteins or Panera if you are on a tight budget. I totally get that. Also hype can be annoying. I get that as well. It can make us not want to like something, but it really is good. I bring my NY friends here who are missing good bagels. I just wanted to add that they serve high quality meats and their lox are made fresh as well. They also make bagels fresh. I lived in Central Park Area (formerly Stapleton area) for 6 years. This place was my go to once a week. Consistently good every single time. I came on days when they are insanely busy and I waited in line. I also came on weekdays when they were dead. Either way great bagel sandwiches every time. The staff are friendly, they are efficient, and they move lines down fast. Yes their prices are not cheap. So… I acknowledge that but yum. My go to are the Rueben and the Turkey club. Yum ?“

“Great bagels in Denver?? Yes, there are. Their bagels are quite good- nice and chewy and clearly made the correct way. My only little quibble - too much coating on the bagels. Onions are good, but this was a bit too much. Still, I would definitely go back again for these bagels!“

“Look I’m from MN so I accept all bagels with an open heart and from a place of unbiased opinions. This bagel was FANTASTIC and the veggie cream cheese had legit crunchy chunks of veggies in it… I didn’t even know I wanted that in my cream cheese until today. I got mine to go but could tell by the clientele this is a local gem.“

“The Lox Brunch is spectacularly delicious! This location makes it the best possible way: plenty of smoked lox, cream cheese topped with capers and fresh onions. “I have always loved a good Einsteins bagel! I don't know why this one is rated so low. Overall, the food is great, but my personal favorite is definitely the All-Nighter: it has an amazing smoky, sweet, and slightly spicy flavor with a rich, creamy mouthfeel plus plenty of texture from the delicious cheese hash bagel and bacon. The double egg (extra protein!) is seasoned perfectly. Overall, it is a perfect and delicious combination! The Strawberry-Banana smoothie is also incredible, with a hard-to-describe scrumptious fruity flavor that will leave you wanting more!

The service was great! The staff was polite, respectful, and our food was brought out quickly (relative to the amount of customers present). The only slight hiccup we had was that our bagels (we both ordered the All-Nighter) did not have bacon on them, even though it was included with the item and we did not take it off, but after asking we were told that they were out of bacon and would receive another shipment shortly. After waiting a reasonable amount of time, the bacon was brought out to us. Being a relatively patient person, I was unirritated, but it would have been preferable if they had either told us that they were out or had waited to bring out the bagels until they had the bacon. But, like I said, it didn't bother me.

Facility-wise, I would give it a 4/5. It wasn't overly spick-and-span, but not enough to be annoyed about. Very few restaurants can afford a dedicated janitor, so again I was unirritated.
