Food in consistent with this chains standards.
Bagels are fine, slightly soft not like some of the hard and chewy ones in other places. (this is a plus to me and not to some)
Service is surprisingly decent for a national chain.
Space is clean, bright, and fresh (they are after all new as of early 2026)
Parking can be a changeling sometimes but usually just fine.
I miss the old local Bagel store this replaced as far as the quality of bagel but this is a fresh upgrade...read full review

Good, solid chain bagels. Nothing fancy, but consistent, quick, and you know what you’re getting. The bagels were fresh, the coffee was fine, and the order was ready without any issues. A reliable spot for an easy breakfast.
Such a good experience online ordering. Employees were super kind as well. 10/10

The bagels are amazing and fresh, and the atmosphere is clean and open.
