The bagels here are always delicious, of course…but the other ingredients are often sub-par. Their tomatoes, for example, are either completely green or totally anemic, and almost always inedible. Also the red onions are so thickly sliced, that they overwhelm - rather than complement - the flavor of whatever you’re eating.I used to think these were anomalies, but they are becoming consistent issues. I love Einsteins and frequent many of their locations for their All Nighter Egg Sandwich and Cold Brew Coffee. This location has done a great job of having my mobile orders ready for me, but I notice that consistently their Cold Brew Coffee tastes bad. I have had the Cold Brew at many other locations in Denver including the one right up the road near Parker and Iliff and this is the only location where I have had this problem. I'm not sure why this place has such a bad overall rating. I stopped in here twice in the past few months and everything was fine. I tried a breakfast bagel sandwich, hash brown and bagel with cream cheese. Everything was good and prepared in a timely manner
