On Sunday, July 26, my wife and I were attempting to enjoy our breakfast. We noticed a family with their Emotional Support Animal (ESA). The small dog was in its bed, which was on the seat cushion. I brought it to the Assistance Manager Carlos' attention.
Per the ADA guidelines, Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not covered under this guide. Furthermore, these animals are not allowed in any type of business, which includes restaurants.

Customer service extraordinaire! What a fantastic team of warm and friendly associates.
In the Lowery area this is my breakfast spot. My go to is the Early Riser skillet with added bacon & sausage. Sourdough toast and a smoothie.

The Delectable Egg offers a wonderful dining experience with delicious and perfectly prepared food full of flavor. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it a great spot for special occasions or just a great meal. Patio dining is also available, where guests can enjoy top-notch food and service. The menu is huge, and the staff are always nice and welcoming. Popular dishes include crab Benedict and Silican Frittata, which is baked perfectly and a big enough size to fill you up. The green chili is excellent. The cinnamon roll is so yummy. They have roasted potatoes. It is a family place and a kid friendly environment with kids French toast available. The Denver omelet is perfectly made and delicious. While minor issues may arise, the restaurant's exceptional customer service shines through, with staff going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The place is nice and clean and the service is excellent. It's a little noisy but that's because it's so busy. Outside seating avail and greet to bring a pup along.
