This location is right by my work, I visit them between 1-3 times a week, and the morning staff is AMAZING. I’ve had a great, personal experience with each of them. Awesome customer service and it feels like the genuinely care about each customer.
Unhappy employees mean bad management. Make your employees happy means they try harder for their boss that appreciates them. Unmotivated and miserable employees means that the boss does not appreciate and orders them to just di their job.. which is the vibe I get with every Einsteins I've been to lately. The vibe = the atmosphere and your management is showing. I don't blame the employees, I bame the backbone thats supposed to be on their side to be a better, well established...read full review
so I ordered a tasty turkey and I had them add avocado. They did not add the avocado. I ate half the sandwich I came up and told him about it and asked for a refund of the avocado. I just wanted the1.89$ back on the avocado, they refunded the entire sandwich and were very pleasant about it and didn’t even question or hesitate any of it and honestly that was best customer service I’ve received in quite some time and it was a fire sandwich.
