“This location is right by my work, I visit them between 1-3 times a week, and the morning staff is AMAZING. I’ve had a great, personal experience with each of them. Awesome customer service and it feels like the genuinely care about each customer.“

“The bagels are thick and fluffy and well seasoned with a great bite, and they give you a lot of perfect cream cheese on them. We tried the hamachi and tuna poke, both went above and beyond my expectation, with the hamachi being so fresh and buttery topped with fresh wasabi shavings, and the tuna poke was so flavorfully marinated and melts in your mouth. The only thing that bothered me was being told if you only buy a half bagel (like one half bagel with fish is $11) you get the other half of the bagel included (to make a sandwich), but if you buy 2 halves with toppings like we did, you don’t get the other half of the bagels? What’s up with that?“

Had purchased two bottles of Ba-tempt half sour pickles but sadly both had gone off😩but the young man at the counter quickly credited my card and was super helpful. This was at the Stanley Marketplace location- So as I really wanted some pickles I drove to the Five Points location and asked about the really, really green pickles that I remembered from Boston and Mary went into the back snd came out with one for me to try! OMG! OMG! YES! That was it❤️❤️❤️❤️she kindly gave me a few more snd now they have a customer for life! Such FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE! “This place is straight out of my jersey girl dreams. I mentioned it was my first time here, and they gave me my coffee for free! That means a lot coming from the east coast where nothing is free. “All of these negative comments about pricing. Wowsers. Go to Einsteins or Panera if you are on a tight budget. I totally get that. Also hype can be annoying. I get that as well. It can make us not want to like something, but it really is good. I bring my NY friends here who are missing good bagels. I just wanted to add that they serve high quality meats and their lox are made fresh as well. They also make bagels fresh. I lived in Central Park Area (formerly Stapleton area) for 6 years. This place was my go to once a week. Consistently good every single time. I came on days when they are insanely busy and I waited in line. I also came on weekdays when they were dead. Either way great bagel sandwiches every time. The staff are friendly, they are efficient, and they move lines down fast. Yes their prices are not cheap. So… I acknowledge that but yum. My go to are the Rueben and the Turkey club. Yum ?“

“Great bagels in Denver?? Yes, there are. Their bagels are quite good- nice and chewy and clearly made the correct way. My only little quibble - too much coating on the bagels. Onions are good, but this was a bit too much. Still, I would definitely go back again for these bagels!“

“Food in consistent with this chains standards.
Bagels are fine, slightly soft not like some of the hard and chewy ones in other places. (this is a plus to me and not to some)
Service is surprisingly decent for a national chain.
Space is clean, bright, and fresh (they are after all new as of early 2026)
Parking can be a changeling sometimes but usually just fine.
I miss the old local Bagel store this replaced as far as the quality of bagel but this is a fresh upgrade in the retail space.“

“The Lox Brunch is spectacularly delicious! This location makes it the best possible way: plenty of smoked lox, cream cheese topped with capers and fresh onions. They are generous with the ingredients and I can hardly wait to order it again. It came with the cheesy potato cake and blueberry bagel that is so fresh it melts in your mouth. “I got a bagel with lox and cream cheese a while back. It also had red onion and capers. The bagel was so fresh and delicious. The service was so friendly. I consider this store as one of my favorite places.“

“I have always loved a good Einsteins bagel! I don't know why this one is rated so low. Overall, the food is great, but my personal favorite is definitely the All-Nighter: it has an amazing smoky, sweet, and slightly spicy flavor with a rich, creamy mouthfeel plus plenty of texture from the delicious cheese hash bagel and bacon. The double egg (extra protein!) is seasoned perfectly. Overall, it is a perfect and delicious combination! The Strawberry-Banana smoothie is also incredible, with a hard-to-describe scrumptious fruity flavor that will leave you wanting more!

The service was great! The staff was polite, respectful, and our food was brought out quickly (relative to the amount of customers present). The only slight hiccup we had was that our bagels (we both ordered the All-Nighter) did not have bacon on them, even though it was included with the item and we did not take it off, but after asking we were told that they were out of bacon and would receive another shipment shortly. After waiting a reasonable amount of time, the bacon was brought out to us. Being a relatively patient person, I was unirritated, but it would have been preferable if they had either told us that they were out or had waited to bring out the bagels until they had the bacon. But, like I said, it didn't bother me.

Facility-wise, I would give it a 4/5. It wasn't overly spick-and-span, but not enough to be annoyed about. Very few restaurants can afford a dedicated janitor, so again I was unirritated.

“I went to Einstein to get a free breakfast sandwich for my birthday, and I ordered a sandwich that was not included in the reward. It caused some problems in the computer, and they ended up giving me the sandwich I originally wanted and my iced tea for free 😭❤️ I have only been here twice, but I am their newest regular. Everyone there is so sweet.“
