Editing my post since the owners reached out. And since I didnt have a negative experience, my personal buisness relies on reviews so the fact that they reached out and wanted to fix my issues, ill automatically give them a 5 star review.

Edited: Customer Service reached out and provided and apology as well as corrected the issues by providing a refund for the missing supplies. In addition, the store notified me of a new manager and offered additional product support. I have changed my review based on the customer service I have received since contacting them.

Einstein Bros. Bagels is a restaurant that offers a wide variety of bagels, satisfying various palettes. The service can be friendly and fast, with a mobile app for earning points towards free items. However, specific modifications to orders may not always be possible through the app.
The quality of the coffee and food can vary, and customers may need to make modifications to ensure satisfaction. The app and receipt surveys offer a chance to get free food.
Recently, some customers have expressed disappointment that tables were removed after the pandemic, as it was a nice touch in a disconnected society. Despite these changes, the staff is generally friendly and apologetic when problems arise.
The restaurant's proximity and convenience may lead customers to return, but they should be prepared to spend extra for a decent breakfast sandwich. Seating is no longer available, which may give the impression that customers should get their food and leave.
However, some customers have praised the friendly and welcoming service they have received, particularly from the staff members who were described as "bubbly and friendly" and creating a "welcoming environment."
