There are quite a few vegan options including vegan cream cheese. Their Boulderite sandwich is really good and huge. Two meals in one.
I really like that this place had a separate vegan/vegetarian menu! The vegan cream cheese is delicious and can be put on a ton of different bagel options and sandwich options. The San Boulderino sandwich is packed with delicious veggies!
