Great NY-style bagel place in Colorado. Chewy crumb. Perfect crust. Aggressively fair pricing. You can tell a lot of thought went into that- keeping it profitable, doing right by staff, while not gouging the community. So glad I slept through breakfast at the hotel and immediately came here.
