First time at Moe’s. Very serviceable bagel spot. Was surprised at how cheap a lox cream cheese bagel here was (wasn’t the biggest serving but still felt reasonable). Close by downtown Louisville as well for some walking afterwards!
Make sure you check and get your receipts if you go here. Today I was taken back that i was trying to get hustled at a food establishment. My total was 17 i gave the lady 15 in cash and asked if she can charge the rest on my card. She agreed on what I thought was simple math and then tried to charge me 8.88 extra before the tip option? Moes i think you need to pay your employees more cuz they trying to hustle customers for extra money. I never know how much the same order I get every week is going to cost cuz it’s always different now i’m starting to see why!

Clean store not too crowded around 8am on a weekday. My bagel came out hot and fresh. The cream cheese I got was artichoke Parmesan. I wish there was more artichoke but it was pretty good. Service was quick as well. Highly recommend.

Quality of the bagels and specifically the egg sandwiches has gone down through the floor here. I’m not sure what I’m paying $10 for and won’t buy it again. Egg is paper thin, bacon is meh, and the bagel is flavorless. The value isn’t there as I was still hungry after eating it.Online ordering also doesn’t let you choose all bagel types as I’ve had to exchange in the store when I realize they have the one I want.

Busy place with multiple locations. Bagels are good (albeit inconsistently baked) and pricey as most people are saying. My same bagel sandwich with turkey and cheese I got years ago is now double in price at $14. Recently there was a sign justifying the price increases due to using high quality eggs, but the high prices are across the board. They also sell out of certain flavors early in the day- I’ve never been able to get a tomato cheddar or asiago bagel. Lots of cream cheese and filling choices & they offer minis for kids which I have always thought was cute. Since it’s kind of chaotic inside (at all locations), I recommend take-out. I am not a fan of their cold brew.

I bought an egg salad sandwich ...had never before and will never again. The BIGGEST mistake ANY restaurant can make in regards to egg salad....SHELLS!!!!!!! So yeah SUPER disappointed ?. Why was my turkey blt $16? This counter service....and a bagel. That and two plain bagels for later in the week was $21. Tasted good but wow.
