“Great, fresh bagels (in Longmont if you can believe it)!“

“I ordered a Boulderite wrap and was disappointed that it seemed there was a lot of room in the tortilla left and being that it's a vegan dish I decided to bring it up with the gentleman who took my order. He kindly offered to remake it, I instead suggested a free bag of day-olds would remedy the situation and he agreed. Place was busy with a rush of elementary school aged kiddos so maybe that explains the issue. I'm satisfied and given that I tipped 20% before even seeing my food feel good about the situation.“

“Can I just say thank you for being a superior Einstein's? We just waited 10 min for a single untoasted bagel w schmear at another location...and opened the bagel to find 1/4 the amount of schmear you always give me. Thanks for your great service!“

“I really liked coming here but the last four or five times I have come to get a blueberry bagel they’re always out. And it’s like 9 or 10 in the morning, when they don’t close for hours so I’m just confused as to why you can’t make more or plan for how popular they are. Which is fine I guess, because they always taste like garlic anyways (also confusing because I get a blueberry bagel with berry cream cheese — doesn’t make sense for the garlic taste to consistently be so strong) so at this point I’ve just given up on this place. Very disappointing because the service/employees are incredibly sweet, and the sugar crust on the blueberry bagel is very unique and hard to find elsewhere.

EDIT 3/22: They have increased the bagel
production, and while they still manage to sell out (which is a compliment to Woodgrain, truly) I managed to snag one today. Coffee was delicious (they have a wide variety of flavors which I like) and service impeccable as always. My bagel did not taste like garlic, so I won’t give up quite yet 💖“

“The service, the food and the atmosphere was fantastic. They even have snake on their menu !! too afraid to try it but I really recommend this restaurant.Beautiful atmosphere with outdoor seating when the weather is nice. The wait staff was kind and attentive and the food was delicious.“
