From the moment we walked in, the staff was super friendly and welcoming. The ice cream was insanely good super creamy, rich, and packed with flavor. You can tell everything is made with high-quality ingredients. There were so many unique flavors to choose from, it was hard to decide!

The shop itself was clean, cute, and had a great vibe, perfect for hanging out with friends or grabbing a treat after dinner. Portions were generous, and the presentation was beautiful too.

“A bit pricey but cookies are large and super soft. Wish there was at least a bench in the waiting area. Sometimes cookies are still baking and there's a wait. Will order for my kiddos upcoming bday. Great for special ocassions and for gifts.“

The staff was friendly and the store was clean and inviting. “My daughter ordered a dozen cookies for my husband’s birthday! She ordered 4 milk chocolate chip and the rest assorted. She had them deliver the dozen cookies to our house. She texted my husband once the driver arrived and said answer your door! The delivery guy said I’m supposed to say happy birthday from your daughter and happy birthday from me too! We had never heard of Crumbl cookies before but the cookies are Giant and Delicious! The service was Awesome and we appreciate the kindness delivered to our door!“

“Crumbl Cookie Superior is a clean, inviting shop that keeps things fresh with new cookie flavors every week. Though a bit pricey ($10 for 3 mini cookies), the Pink Wedding Cake and Peanut Butter Ice Cream cookies were amazing. Definitely worth 5 stars!“

I placed a delivery order through the Crumbl app as a surprise for my brother, but unfortunately, it never arrived (driver stole it)!. I called the store and Sean handled the issue with incredible care and went above and beyond to quickly resolve whatever he could to have it redelivered and was kind enough to call me with updates when the new driver came. “We had Kosmik cater over 1000 mini desserts for our awards show. They were absolutely beautiful! Their presentation & set up of the desserts was stunning. Benoit was so good to always respond to emails & even was willing to do extra clean up for our event. Our guests were so pleased & they left the space they used cleaner than it was before they got there. I highly recommend working with them!“
