The second year in a row to visit Whiskey Star and both times it did not disappoint. It is by far the best barbecue that I've had in Colorado. The smoked brisket was tender, moist and had great flavor. It is the kind that needs no sauce because it's just that good. I also had the cream corn as a side and It was outstanding. I highly recommend.
Great music and great people
A bourbon and whiskey epicurean delight! Add in the house smoked meats, genuine staff and location; it can’t be beat.
