“It was an amazing meal. The truffle mushroom pasta was one of the best truffle pastas I've ever had. It is homemade and extremely fresh. The view is also to die for. Definitely will come back when we come to Copper Mountain. The berry cobbler was delicious. The trout was also amazing. Everything we had was absolutely delicious. “

Staff ( Jordan, Chris, oh gosh, the hostess who seated us with blonde hair and calls everyone “lovlies”) super duper nice, all of them! Food is always delicious. We always get the portabello sandwich and fries…tasty tasty. Always our go to place when we go out to eat while here. Both thumbs up!!!“

“If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would!! We walked in here for the first time yesterday right after getting married not knowing what to expect, and the staff could not have been more welcoming or gracious. They gave us a private table and helped us celebrate with champagne and dessert. Despite other people dining there, they made us feel like we were the only ones they were serving. Better yet, the food was incredible, especially if you're gluten free! The atmosphere is also fantastic. Dining here made our wedding day even more special. I would HIGHLY recommend supporting this restaurant!“

“Really good food! Great seat right next to the window and happened to catch the fireworks. The server was great and even hooked up us with orange slices that our 4 y/o ordered even though they weren’t on the menu. Highly recommend this place!“

“I loved this restaurant so much. All of the food, service and atmosphere was SPECTACULAR. This made up for a terrible time my family and I had the night before at the Vue Rooftop in Dillion. My sister-in-law reserved here right after her and my brother got married. The waiter was awesome. They gave all 8 of us a complimentary glass of champagne to celebrate their marriage. He was also so kind, attentive, patient and he made wonderful suggestions with our food options. The drinks were to die for. They also had a separate waiter whose role was to specifically refill waters, it was great, such a smart idea. The music wasn’t too loud to where I couldn’t hear the person next to me, but not too soft to where you couldn’t here what song was playing. Seriously, 1000/10 for our first time. I will definitely be coming back when I’m in town. Thank you Blue River Bistro for an amazing experience, keep shining! 🫶🏻“

“Have had dinners there for the yearly conference held at the Keystone Conference Center.
The ranch is a golf course and the Ranch is a perk of golfing there. Not a golfer so I cannot tell anything about the course. But the Ranch is outstanding. Wonderful atmosphere with top tier dining and service.
Like any top tier dining, it's not low budget. But the food is great. If youre in Keystone for a get away..., eat the bullet and splurge on yourselves. It's worth it. Aren't you?“

“Had such a great brunch at Blue Moose. My family of 4 got a little of everything on the breakfast menu -pancakes, eggs, ham, bacon, sausage, grits, gravy. It was all so delicious. Best meal we had during our Colorado road trip. Our food came fast and hot and our waitress was very personable and attentive.“

“The food here is the best restaurant on the mountain. The upstairs noodle bowl is delicious. If you are expecting it to be traditional ramen, you may be left confused or disappointed. It's a wonderful hodgepodge of different Asian styles. The broth is more of a Vietnamese pho broth, plenty of veggies and 3 proteins to choose from, and the noodles themselves are an attempt at ramen noodle. They are a little too soft, but still make for a scrumptious lunch nonetheless.“
