We had by lunch on the patio today. The views were breathtaking, the food was delicious ( very good) and the new waiter Dillon was great. Would highly recommended weather you live in the area or just passing through.
One of our favorite restaurants in Summit County. Their menu has variety and seems to have something new every time we visit. The atmosphere is pleasant, not too loud. The bartenders are always knowledgeable and their cocktails are top notch.

Timberline Craft Kitchen & Cocktails offers excellent service and delicious food like bao buns and corn bread. The restaurant is a nice surprise in Silverthorn, tucked behind the outlets just north of I-25 off Hwy 9. It features a cool theme with many items sourced from locals. The cocktail selection is excellent, including a huge whiskey and bourbon selection, and the Breck Expresso Vodka is a must-try. The artisan entrees are flavorful and perfectly balanced, with highlights like the Goat Cheese Pizzetta and Shrimp and Grits. The staff is attentive and friendly, with some servers like Anna being particularly helpful and informative about the menu. There are several gluten-free options on the menu, including the house cornbread. The Asian fried chicken is delicious, and the atmosphere is good, with a nice patio that is dog-friendly. While the place can get busy during high seasons (winter and summer), it remains a great stop if heading into the mountains. However, some customers have experienced slow service during peak times, which could impact the overall dining experience.
