His personality is perfect for serving at a high end establishment without being stuffy. He anticipated our every need and forgot nothing. He was a good hire. The management had it together. We will return next time we are in Black Hawk.“

I wasn't expecting much from a casino buffet, but several of the dishes were fresh and regularly replenished, even during a busy period. The carving station was a highlight for me, and I appreciated that the staff kept the dining area clean and organized. Despite the crowd, the service was efficient, and I never felt rushed while eating. For a casual meal between gaming sessions, it offered good value and a comfortable dining experience.“
