“Sabrina deserves a raise! She absolutely killed it with a pretty full restaurant being the only server. She was kind, friendly, funny, & a great server. Joel the manager stepped in to help manage the rush & he was great as well. The host even helped out. Wedge salad was delicious & crisp, baked potato was great, & so were the shrimp. Sabrina’s upbeat attitude & dedication while extremely busy was the highlight.“

“I enjoyed everything from start to finish! I’m usually pretty picky, but I was genuinely impressed with every selection. I had the crab cakes, wedge salad with ranch, pork chop, and chocolate cake for dessert. The pork chop was cooked perfectly and was absolutely delicious.

I’m also a bit of a ranch snob, and the dressing was fantastic—I honestly could have drunk it straight from the jar! The chocolate cake was the perfect way to finish the meal.

Jessica was attentive throughout the evening and made the experience even better. Great food and great service. I’ll definitely be back!

The only suggestion is to work on the wine list, especially the wine by the glass selection.“

“Always have loved coming to this buffet! My favorite in Blackhawk ! They do not skimp you on the crab legs one bit!! Nice selection! Love the desserts. Even when it’s a long line it moves pretty quickly. Service is attentive and friendly .“

Three of us ordered the Colorado Patty Melt with Sweet Potatoes not disappointed. The Melt was prepared with love, tasty, and enjoyable! We ordered the steak and Prime Rib Sandwich they were prepared with perfection and enjoyable! Restaurant staff were great and ambience was spectacular. Will definitely revisit this fine restaurant in the Monarch Casino!“

“Dined here with my grandmother early on this Friday night and had such a great dining experience.

Our server Kartik was a very professional and funny at the same time,
He was so helpful in recommending wines, cocktails and was just overall very attentive anticipating all our needs and pacing the meal perfectly.

We had the filet with the king crabs and the delmonico. The steaks was perfectly cooked and the shrimp scampi was fabulous.

Will be back for sure.“
